Payment: We accept cash and personal cheques (-cheques or Italian cheques).
Cancellations: Generally, we try to be understanding with regard to cancellations, but general EU standards are applied in cancellations of apartment reservations. Cancellations up to 21 days before arrival are free of charge. Should a booked stay be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed in accordance with EU standards, i.e. up to 5 days will be charged. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this low-cost travel cancellation insurance, which will cover your cancellation fees.
