Enjoy our apartments for 2 to 6 persons, all with kitchenette, bathroom and combined bed-living room, furnished with solid wood furniture.

Ground plans:
Apartment Type A: One Bedroom - 2 persons
Apartment Type B: One Bedroom - 2-3 persons
Apartment Type C: Two Bedroom - 4-5 persons
Apartment Type D: Three Bedroom - 6 persons

 
Staying at Residence Emmy:
 
• Apartment Type A (30m²) consisting of entrance with kitchenette, bed-living room with king-size bed, bathroom, balcony or garden.
• Apartment Type B (35m²) consisting of entrance with kitchenette, bed-living room with king-size bed, sofabed (1pers.), bathroom, balcony or garden.
• Apartment Type C (65m²) consisting of entrance, kitchenette, bed-living room with 2 single beds and one sofabed (1pers.), separate bedroom with king-size bed, bathroom, balcony or garden.
• Apartment Type D (90m²) consisting of entrance, kitchenette, bed-living room with 2 single beds, separate bedroom with king-size bed, bathroom with shower, second level with double room and bathroom (bathtub), balcony.
 
• All apartments are directed towards the south side, and have a direct open
  view of the home mountain Haunold/Baranci.
• All apartments have bathrooms with shower or bathtub, WC, bidet.
  Furthermore, they are equipped with telephone, TV (incl. German satellite
  programs), hairdryer and safety deposit box.

INCLUDED:
• Electricity, heating, bed and bath linen, taxes
• Special entrance fee to the indoor swimming pool „Acquafun":
  Children under 4 are free, kids under 14 pay only € 0,50, adults € 1,50.
• Special guest rates for the Sauna Area at the Acquafun. 
 
EXTRA CHARGE:
• Rollaway € 10,00 per day
• Garage € 3,50 per day
• Final cleaning
 
IMPORTANT:
Departure before 10 am, arrival after 3 pm
In case of damage in the apartment, we ask you to notify us and not replace broken items.
 
Especially for you:
• Free transfer from the railway station Innichen/San Candido
• Free use of our ski and shoe deposit with electronic shoe dryer (ski boots,
  cross-country shoes, hiking and winter boots)
• Free ski-shuttlebus to the ski area Haunold/Baranci every 15-20 min (driving
  time around 3 min.)
 
Reservation:
In order to finalize your apartment reservation, we require a written confirmation via mail, fax or email, and a deposit.
 
Payment:
We accept cash and personal cheques (€-cheques or Italian cheques).
 
Cancellations:
Generally, we try to be understanding with regard to cancellations, but general EU standards are applied in cancellations of apartment reservations. Cancellations up to 21 days before arrival are free of charge. Should a booked stay be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed in accordance with EU standards, i.e. up to 5 days will be charged. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this low-cost travel cancellation insurance, which will cover your cancellation fees.
