- All apartments are equipped with shower, bidet, WC, satellite TV, hairdryer and safe.
- All apartments of typ A, C, D and E face SOUTH, with views of Mount Baranci. Type B faces the town center and the Acquafun swimming pool.

- Cancellation:
In general, we are helpful and understanding with regard to cancellations. Nonetheless, we have to comply with European regulations with regard to booking cancellations.
Bookings cancelled from 30 days up to the date of arrival will incur 100% of the total cost.
We will be happy to recommend a suitable holiday cancellation policy, which will cover expenses from the application of the European cancellation directives.

- Free use of our ski and boot storage with electric boot dryers (for downhill and cross-country ski boots, hiking boots, and winter shoes)
- Room for waxing downhill and cross-country skis, including special bench and iron
- Ski-Shuttlebus to the Mount Baranci and Monte Elmo ski areas, running every 15 minutes (journey time approx. 3 min.)
- Free Guest Pass: free use of all public transport in South Tyrol (exc. lines 439, 440, 442, 444)
- Only 50 metres from the cross-country ski tracks
- Fresh bread service: simply leave your bread basket and order in the lobby. Your fresh bread will be there at 7.30, ready for breakfast. You will only be charged the price of bread!
- Excellent position right by the Brunico-San Candido-Lienz bicycle route (bike rental at 50 metres)
